Jamīs frustrated

Hello everyone in mxm.
First of all im really mad when im writing this.
Been out on different hunts lately and the Loot hasnt been my best friend.
So i wrote a support case to MindArk that i had 15000 Peds 3 weeks ago and all ran out in the sand.
Damn i feel so frustrated because i really like this game but as the Fucking Lootius isnt on my side im gonna take a break.
The support wrote me back and told me that they sorry for my loss and that ived been doing it wrong and maybe should try something different BAH in my ass Im a hunter not a fucking miner or crafter (sorry about that guys ).
So on Thursday im gonna do some Globsterhunt with La and then im gonna just disapear for a couple of years. Nah just weeks.
So im gonna drop in and see how things work out Oki Cya later and may the Fucking Lootius be on your side Tho i doubt it JaM

Since we are only technical support for the Entropia Universe, we cannot give any information regarding the in-game dynamics. We can understand that you feeling frustrated. However, all participants have the possibility of receiving a HoF. Generally, by increasing the skills and using better equipment, participants increase their possibilities to get a HoF. Occasional large findings do not affect the individual participant's possibilities in mining.

I am getting so disappointed, and I say to myself why am I making the effort to make web pages and forums and create a community and support the game and promoting something that obviously is being run by very greedy and needy mangers.

And we are not imagining any of this and its not in our heads we all know the game has change and not for the better all our patience’s are running very thin and I am talking about hundreds of players so pay attention ma

And the only other thing s is why do you have event allways for ubers and not for the rest of the player you say you have 700,000 registerd users but i belive only 1% of players get the good loot and the rest have to pay for it feels like a pyramid scam with casino rules hiding behind a game where is the insentive for the rest of the players ?

I would like a honest answer from you and do not reply telling me you cant disclove sensitive info that will make me very angry.

And dont tell me its bad luck i dont believe in luck this is a computer program not a leprichon.

Is this game going to die soon or are you not going to keep it going for decade as you said seems like you are ripong me off and many mates say the same thing too i have withdrawn 100 Dollars the hole time i have played and i have deposited 5000+ dollars i dont see where in tyhat equatiuon that you are worse off and i am not stupid .

i await a reply from someone other than tech support this is not a tech support inquiry seeing there is no other way to let the mindarlk owners to know how i feel other than this letter.

I wish to be treated as a customer and not pushed away like a gamming child.

Thank you for reporting. Since you have been with us for such a long time, you are probably aware of that we cannot discuss in game balance here. There are several reasons for this. We can only reveal as much as that the system is operating the same for all participants, meaning that all avatars have the same basic conditions when they join the Entropia Universe. The trick is to find out how to optimize your own situation by getting to understand the economy, the market forces and how to match skills and equipment efficiently.

We will off course forward you remarks to the balancing team, but apart from that, there is not much more we can add to this matter and therefore we will now close this case.

I feel i am being abuseed by your balancing team becuase you refuse to answer my qestions and pushing me away with answers that do not respond to my questions.

Dont seem suprised in my response because i have done my own survey from my soc and many other socs too perhaps you should try doing some surveys of your own or try making a list of suggestions and bug list and make it public so everyone can see that you are indeed listening to your comunity and not just forfilling the wishes of your own department and that of a very few ubers.Perhaps i should just make a bet now that they wont be fixed i wont excuse myself for being pesimstic becuase your track record so far speaks for itself.
